Some things have staying power. Let's go with money. If you owe money you might not exactly be
capable of living your life, at least not in the nearest future.
Things like feelings, like fear or frustration can be dealt with, irl items and hate towards you
not always.

Don't get worked up, I'm already past that.
I'm just saying that not worrying about future is pretty bad. The past sure, but if you do
something stupid NOW, it likely WILL have consequences in the future. You can easily fuck
yourself over for next five, ten, twenty years if you only live in the current moment.
And thinking about future did help me so you know, just imo.
