Every time I try to open a .swf file in browser I get a prompt asking me to download the file. If
I cancel, it closes the tab.
This has never happened until recently. Anyway around it? I use Chrome (inb4 >botnet) FYI.

I don't use Chrome so I don't know why so many people are having this problem lately. Someone'll
probably be posting about it tomorrow, so check back later.

I had this problem. I checked and saw that I had my flash player disabled. Re-enabled and it
viewing worked like a charm again.

Anytime I try to open up a downloaded flash with chrome it says "class not registered" and
refuses to open it. I have pepper flash enabled, so that's not the problem.

It's not just you, every time chrome has updated recently, it resets that to the default of off.
