I always watch that video because it surprises me how fucking excellent the guy that makes RBG is
at making music- his musical notation skills are superb.
Sometimes i like to think he's a bigshot animator that does low quality 3D animations just to
fuck with people.

I saw an interview with him some time ago and apparently he's been a composer since he was a kid
and he has a phd in music now.
I can't recall if he spoke about rbg's overall weirdness too much but my best guess would be a
very limited budget.
