I get that we are a predominantly a bunch of defeatists, but I don't agree with this, if you want
change, you have to work at it, I'm just another mortal man with my own fears and problems, so I
can't specifically tell you how to better yourself, but try, get a job, find something you like
to do and pursue it as a hobby, exercise if only a little, try (and probably fail) to eat better,
and then maybe, just maybe, you'll save yourself from oblivion.
