I find the song to be a little bit strange, but an "EPA" in Sweden is a car that has been limited
to only be able to drive in 30 km/h. You are then able to get a license to drive one of these
when you are only 15, as opposed to a "real" drivers license when you are 18.
Therefore these vehicles has a bit of a stigma attached to them, since it is mostly young men
living out in the country side that gets them as soon as possible. A little bit like rednecks to
make some kind of parallel.
