The origin is:

...which was indeed uploaded to SiivaGunner (notice that there are two i, the L is fake, just a
capital i).
Problem is they didn't actually credit whoever made the remix, people send in stuff to
SiivaGunner and the guys running the channel post the things they like.
The flash has the following source below the visuals:
SSB Brawl vs Taylor Swift vs Childish Gambino - Flat it Off-fire
...because the video only have "Flat Zone 2", "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" and "Kenichi Okuma"
mentioned, none of which would lead you to find this particular remix. Seems to be a very common
thing to not credit anybody that makes the remixes on the channel, hopefully the people that send
their stuff in are fully aware of it beforehand.
That's my understanding of things.
