How can one person be so wrong?
Did you even watch the joint press conference with Netanyahu? The plan they have is obvious -
Trump is going to put pressure on Likud to move away from its increasingly expansionist agenda,
which will bring it closer in line with Netanyahu/giving Netanyahu an easy path to maintaining
power. Trump has indicated that he's happy with Israel and Palestine resolving their conflict
without much external exertion for a two-state solution, and Netanyahu wants to largely maintain
the status quo with Palestine until their leaders change to be more amicable.
Trump has clearly put himself on Netanyahu's side, which places him right-of-center in terms of
Israel politics, and firmly pro-status-quo.
