The flash itself doesn't really have any context.
It was just made, and some people liked it because it's a smug anime girl and a catchy song. Then
it got posted every day for quite a while because it was an easy source of angry replies by
people who were sick of seeing it.
So basically it's a flash that means nothing and only became a meme here because it was posted
continually.

I never thought this smug anime fit the song very well, so I always thought of hat as a satire on
all the shitty flash loops that dont sync correctly. e.g. the megumin loop that features this
song.
Not sure if thats actually the case.
