i dont make tea, it always taste like disappointment.
you walk into a tea store and get hit by all those wonderful smells, oh man i cant wait until i
actually get to taste it. then you get home and it doesn't taste anything like it smells, you get
some kind of near-bland water with aftertaste of disappointment.

I feel that, I almost always end up dumping a bunch of honey into it and I pretty much just taste

Rooibos, with just enough sugar to cover about the entire bottom of the cup 3mm deep.
Everytime I go to the states I'm surprised to find that sweet tea really isn't that sweet

I only buy green tea for half a litre
I pour hot water, let it cool down a bit and drink it in one sip
no sugar, no honey, no lemon
just like that
after that I take the bag in my hand and squeeze it in my mouth and throw it in the bin

I've been trying this tea I bought from a herb shop, it's Called Guayusa & Cacao (the cacao is
mainly for a slight chocolate taste), it's meant to help with lucid dreaming/dream recall.
I've been taking it somewhat regularly alongside vaping calea, sinicuichi and mugwort which are
also supposed to help with recall, premonitions and dreaming
It works somewhat, however, my on and off marijuana habits act as a confounding variable, since
its pretty much confirmed that maijuana hinders ones ability to recall dreams
