I finally figured it out. This is the story of a plastic surgeon/facial reconstruction doctor
who, once drugs and fixes his ugly patients, then fucks the now pretty patient. This is the POV
of the woman, who has been drugged and put under, and then is led to believe that the doctor is
'good', and saves her in her hallucinogenic nightmare, and therefor, sex occurs. Its not rape,
but its on the verge.
