Never forget to set your audio bitrates in Publish Settings! Flash always defaults to potato
sound, so just make sure your WAV is 44100Hz, import it, set the encoding to MP3, give a bitrate
of AT LEAST 48kbps, and uncheck "convert steroe to mono".
You can hold a few minutes of very clear audio within 9-10MB like that, no problem.
