No actually, it's quite awful. I mean even ignoring the fact that it's got filesize limits and
compression and is a really terrible place to store your art, it's also an incredibly garbage
website from a UI and general functionality standpoint.
The only reason artists use it is because it's gotten to critical mass of users and fame and
since it's a household name if you put your art there (which is admittedly fairly easy even if
it's a shit storage medium) you can easily draw in an audience.

When yahoo bought it out they purged a bunch of shit and basically disallowed some kinds of porn
(Drawn and real) don't know if that's still in effect but I wouldn't trust them not to crack down
again. Though in general it's not "censored" if by that you mean you have to go through age
checks and opaque settings to see the porn, it's not so bad in that respect.
