I've been binging on canned beverages. Starbucks coffee and Arizona green tea. This has been

HYDRATE. With motherfucking WATER, not coffee/tea. That shit dehydrates you. If you feel horrible
and tired all the time, you might just suffer from dehydration. I used to drink energy drinks and
coke every single day until I had to walk to the hospital because I just felt so bad. Nauseous,
horrible stomach cramps, paler than any white cis male and eyes dark and baggy. Doctors instantly
put me on IV and forced me to stay the night. That day I decided to drink a lot of water and only
have two cups of regular coffee per day. Made me feel fucking awesome.
I also dropped take away and microwave food at the same time and learned to cook my own shit.
Life lessons.
