Does anyone have a method to play swf files locally on Android? Firefox no longer works using the
file:/// browser; a blank screen comes up when the swf file is opened.

adobe doesn't support it anymore, but you may be able to find an answer in their faqs at adobe.com
Also, watching the Perseid meteor shower every august in an open field until the sun comes up is
comfy and fun.

there isn't.
only solution i have seen is to use an old flash plugin and the dolphin browser, which is the
only browser that still supports it. i haven't tried this yet.

You can launch 4chan flashes with the embed button on firefox. However it's a little annoying.
