Distressed asset = a virtual liability.
They are literally killing and throwing away Flash.
Someone ought to at least try to buy the rights to it for what it's worth (virtually trash at
this point). Otherwise, Adobe will just stuff it in a trunk in the basement and never open-source
it.
That's what a fire sale is, you attempt to get at least a penny on the dollar for what's been
incinerated and has become virtually worthless.
