[_] -BOO- recipe inside or whatever :v 10/10/17(Tue)20:56:53 No.3286324
It's time for spooky content, and whats more spooky and frightening than not being able to escape
the mundane hellscape you now find yourself in?!
That's right! Nothing :DDDD!!!
No matter what you do tonight, short of ending it all, you will wake up and you will repeat
yesterday almost exactly the same tomorrow.
Anywhays here's a recipe or something
Shrimp skewers ( I know fuck me right )
Obviously you will need skewers metal or wood idgaf
grill pan or fire grill or little habachi thingy works
A decent amount of shrimpos (20-30)
peeled and cleaned (tail on or off idc)
1 cup light soy sauce
3 cloves garlic fine chop or grated
1 thumb size knob of ginger grated or 1 tbsp of that pre grated paste stuff
1 tsp + a lil' extra of sesame oil (I like sesame flavor and shrimp together so I add a little
extra)
2 Tbsp mirin/dry sake
half of a lime idk...some lime juice (just do it acid is your friend)
1 tbsp sriracha (more if kick is desired)
green onion
dash of cracked black pep
some of whatever high temp oil ya got canola or whatever
Whisk everything but the lime juice and canola/peanut/whatever oil together in a bowl
dump shrimpos into bowl toss about and transfer it all to a large ziplock
put them in the fridge for a few min
Take out and skewer em, you can do it one per and long wise (this will cook each faster ala table
grill style) or stack 3 or 4 which will take a little longer (still only needs like 2-4 min per
side)
Grill shrimp 2-4 min per side depending on thickness and amounts per skewer
Serve right on stick with some tare sauce and rice or whatever
srsly don't over cook shrimp.. if its your protein do it last.
hotter it gets and the longer it stays on the heat the more rubbery it becomes
You can serve like this - bowl of seasoned sushi rice -> grilled shrimps -> tare sauce -> green
onion and sesame seeds.
Goes great with grilled squid and shitty rice piss beers.

looks, good, but would modify:
put everything but the lime juice in a gallon sized ziplock, seal, and shake it; save yourself a
bowl. put it in the fridge for a few hours, and add the lime just before grilling. You want to
give shrimp more time to absorb, since a thin sauce like that will just drip off over a grill.
Just save the citrus for last and don't marinate with lime unless you like ceviche

FUUUUCK GROUNDHOG DAY
>1 tbsp sriracha (more if kick is desired)
Personally, I'd substitute bagoóng and ground dried thai dragon peppers here, more robust
fishtaste and credible heat :D
This sounds tasty... when I grow up and become rich, I just might buy me some shrumps.
Also, nice flash. Arigato gozaimashita.
