Also that because we're animals, being in the nature is our normal state. You'd be surprised how
amazing it is for a city person to go for a long trip to the forest. Not some path designed for
everyday jogs full of rest spots. I mean the most untouched areas of the nature. You'll realize
how superficial and damaging our modern day lives are.
