How? I know the inspect element thing on chrome, but if you open the swf directly in another tab
they block access. Its been like that for months now.

Enter to sourcecode window, then find .swf file, copy in a new windows and hit ctrl+s or copy the
link and use jdownloader to download it.

Made an account over at Whentai (most things are behind a paywall, lel) and that doesn't work. Even
tried downloading the page as a text file instead of visiting it in case the URL expires after
first access. Grabbed the swf link including the stuff after the questionmark in notepad and pasted
it into the address bar but it still didn't work. Perhaps they are looking at the referrer header
as well? I've not tried changing my referrer with some add-on.
What really surprised me though was that if I tried to take the swf from Firefox's disk cache the
swf still was what >>54628 posted in his screenshot! That's strange, the browser already downloaded
a working version of it once so the flash should be there, perhaps Whentai make me download it
twice on their website in order to overwrite the real flash in the cache?
Anyway a much more detailed guide is needed, if everybody knew how to bypass this security thing it
would help the community a lot. It's cool that OP is doing it buy he might not be around forever
and he can't be everywhere, might be other sites with similar protection.

Chrome has an addon called flash master what allow to download swf files.

Do you want download a free flash from the site or a paid one?
If you want to download a free one, you must enter to the sourcecode, seek for swf url and copy the
whole url, including the text after .swf
But if you want to download a locked or archived one, you must pay for it. Until you do it, the
page doesn't show the swf url
