Yep, it's from an episode of the cartoon "Courage the Cowardly Dog" Titled 'The tower of
Dr.Zalost'.

It's a half assed attempt at an easter egg (probably should have faded it in slower). If you
click the mug it makes a tiny Dr.Zalost appear at the top of the tower with a barely audible
cackle.
