It is Swagkage's voice. Thing is, in stuff that isn't DBS or Naruto he isn't that bad. His nasal
as shit voice just can get grating when he hates something.

I recently started watching his Naruto vs/powerscaling videos and they're actually pretty
enjoyable. Agreed that his voice can get grating and his impressions/mocking is a little
annoying, but far less so than other youtubers.
Even though he mispronounces a ton of Jap words, it doesn't really come off as that annoying when
he does it.
One of the few anime-related youtube people I've enjoyed watching.
