the size/position of her hand makes it look very close to the viewer, which would be fine if it
wasn't for the ghostly hand that seems to be hovering over her shoulder, but which is implied by
the pill falling to be just above her hand. the perspective inconsistency makes it seem weird to
look at.

look carefully, the seam is not a missing frame, but a REPEAT frame.

(if indeed you're the flash's author) you didn't try very hard then, just shave off the 1 or 2
extra frame(s) from one end of the sequence.
GIFS (or any video) is rather impossible to fuck up unless there are missing frames.
