Yes, but tests like this are nothing like actually blocking overheads in a fighting game. No one
actually has 5-10 frame reactions to block overheads in some fighters. Blocking overheads are
about knowing what kinds of strings your opponent can do and what they will probably do so you
can make a guess and react based off of that, and sometimes it's just a flat out hard read.
That's why it's so ridiculous that:
1. This game calls you out for guessing like it's not what you're supposed to do
2. You can't employ any actual tech to switch between high/low blocking safely because instead of
holding down keys to block you just tap a button.
This game totally triggers my autism as a fighting game player, thanks OP.

And by the way, you're right and that's the point of the flash (besides just measuring reaction
times). Millia_Blocker.swf is what happened when a guy got pissed off after hearing yet another
retard claim you can block TK Bad Moon on reaction.
