Ah, I remember this. The old fart managed to make "friends" with that fish over there (in as much
as you can be friends with a dumb fish), diving down to that spot and hitting that metal with a
hammer is how he "calls" that fish over, and it's learned to come to the old man because he's got
food. To demonstrate their friendship, he takes off his mouth breather and goggles and kisses it
on the head, while camera crew records it all and takes pictures, and that's it.
It's funny how right after he takes off his gear he nearly gets bitten lmao
