This is my first attempt at compressing a long video into SWF, any feedback and tips to improve
the quality are appreciated.

Well, first of all you didn't include sauce under the flash, I can understand why though since
it's in the filename but stuff gets renamed all the time so yeah. I see you're using the tool to
convert video to swf, so add the sauce in next time, preferably to the nicovideo/yt link
Audio sounds really crappy, but I'm guessing you followed the guide which recommended really low
audio quality. There's a point where increasing the quality of the video offers little to no
noticeable effects other than bigger filesize for video. leaving less for audio so check that out.
If you've tried everything, then maybe the quality of your video isn't the best, I recommend
downloading from the nico source. Cheers mate, I commented last time you posted this but I didn't
have time to check out the flash, just wanted to chew out the other guy for hating on Yanagi Nagi
