Depends on what you like anon, anime is a broad medium. If you like cryptic and surreal
spookiness like something out of a David Lynch film you'll like Serial Experiments Lain. You
might have to watch it a few times to understand it though.

Also I'd recommend full metal alchemist brotherhood, it was aired on the same network and the
same era as cowboy bebop in the late 90s on the original adult swim lineup and they both go hand
in hand in terms of audience so you should love that one too
