Removed the ET file inside one of the swfs embedded inside this swf and made sure that there
weren't any remnant references that would cause the flash to break.

Not really spyware, but all AMM flashes have an unneccessary script that sends some data to a
server, because apparently AMM wants to know how often it gets posted.

Anime Movie Month? Anime Music Masterpieces? American Metal Market?
Also, how many of their flashes are on /f/ and how many of them are clean? I just did a search on
SWFchan and this was the only one I found.

I've tried to remove the tracking shit from his flashes before, but I end up breaking the custom
context menus. I think it's an issue with JPEXS, because I can not make any changes to the
context menu items and they still don't show up. I fucked around a bit, and all it takes is
opening the script that contains them and saving it again; I can change a single character (so
JPEXS will let me select save in the script edit mode), change it back, and none of the custom
context menu items will show up
when I try to play the flash. If you have any tips, they would be greatly appreciated.

AMM is a trip, he claims the servers his flashes send data to have been dead for years, but I
would take anything he says with a grain of salt.

should be noted that this is nothing anybody should care about
facebook tracks 10 000 times more about you every day and google tracks 10 000 0000 times more
about you.
i'd bet a 100 bucks that the only thing his "tracking" did was increase a number by 1 every time
the flash is loaded. then he'd sometimes go into his database and say, "look at that, my flash
was viewed 329 times last year. how nice."

It depends on the flash. AMM did ET referencing differently in Hat HD from this one.
This one simply had a reference that wasn't tied to anything special.
Hat HD has ET have a tie to the stage in a weird way, so you have to just delete the problematic
portions of ET and references to those internal functions within ET then it all worked fine. See:
nya_nya HD.swf
I spent like hours trying to make sure every aspect still worked after fucking around with it.
JPEXS works fine generally. Sometimes deleting a line will make the script unable to be saved, so
you have to instead edit through the P-code.

I've only cleaned this one and Hat HD.swf, but people still post the original Hat HD so it
doesn't even really matter that I cleaned this one, people will just post the tracker version
anyway.

Mind posting the clean one since there's a bunch of them on swfchan?

Yeah, editing P-code is trickier than editing the ActionScript, so it causes trouble. At least
it's a way to get around the weird glitches that block your ability to save edits.
