I don't know cyrillic, but maybe anon made some typos?
I put both of them in gtrans and got different results, the top one is from the flash and the
word "Armistice" can be clearly identified, while the bottom one is from anon's post, looks like
it doesn't recognize the word so it just spits out the pronounciation instead:
