I still don't quite understand how sexual identity is a thing. I understand homosexuality because
it is just a statement of, "Hey I got a penis but I only enjoy sex with men.". But gender
identity makes zero sense. Being a gender isn't a feeling it is just a statement of what sex you
were born as. Having a penis or vagina does not stop you from performing any action and does not
prevent you from having any feelings.

Well, the thing is gender-dysmorphia is a real neurological disorder that causes the feeling that
your basically in the wrong body, causing extreme discomfort (I'm grossly simplifying it but
that's the gist of it).
However, the whole gender identity thing with the trans movement, while occasionally including
mention of gender dysmorphia often tries to define "trans" as having the ability to "choose".
When I questioned the trans community on Reddit, there were those who, without using terminology,
effectively described gender dysmorphia but there were also those that described the fictional
bits and even made an effort to resist questioning and accused me of being arrogant for trying to
pin down the exact nature of the trans movement so that outsiders could better understand it,
stating that I thought that they couldn't do it themselves.
For convenience, I think we should call those who suffer from the mental illness "dysmorphics"
and those who aren't specifically defined but still demand association as "trans" since their
lack of clear definition leaves them as an outlier.
To be clear, I know you were talking about gender identity but I wanted to clarify that amid the
noise, there is still some semblance of truth in that whole theme that has been distorted by the
trans movement. As usual, SJWs end up hurting the people they claim to be protecting. Also, Red
Scare tactics of controlling what is perceived as social norm. Fuck 'em for being
hyper-aggressive assholes.

dumbasses jumping on the bandwagon.
It's a mental illness. There are similar ones where people want to cut off their hands or cripple
themselves. Should we just let them do it? Certainly, one could argue they have the right to do
it, but to encourage them to do so is crazy. One cannot change his sex. These people have issues.
Playing along with them isn't the solution.

Some interesting thoughts. It truly is odd how such a large part of the population is starting to
see more merit in how many "disabilities" they possess rather then the accomplishments they have
made in their life. Which, I believe, is why many people get irate when you put their "merits"
into question. Makes me feel bad for people who genuinely have these mental disorders. Sort of
how it is now impossible to take anyone who claims to be overweight from thyroid disorders, it is
starting to become nearly impossible to take anyone seriously when they say they have a social
mental disability.

Gender and Sex were defined to be the same thing until very recently, and proving such is as easy
as looking at nearly any dictionary from before 2000 and even a couple printed after. Claiming
