Just removing the duplicated video loop would yield 1.16 MB. Recompressing image assets (with no
visible loss of quality) could free around 0.5-1 MB.

You literally would have to re-make it from ground up. The audio is just one track, so there's no
clean way to remix/optimize this part by part from the original .swf assets.
