When it zooms out slightly, spamming tab highlights a box. I've clicked it a couple times but
nothing happens. There's also what appears to be a health bar or something that pops up sometimes
in the top left (possibly just a debug switch) I've seen it green and red.

When you type Gold or Silver the watch thing will be in the animation. So far I waited a while
for Gold after 3 rounds an finished, waited an it started buzzing. That's all I've gotten so far.

This is the only clue we got right now. From what I get gold and silver had that whole internal
clock thing going on so..maybe it has to do with how many rounds you go with Lana?

If you name yourself gold, and leave the flash running for an hour, the pokewatch starts to
vibrate. Clicking on it yields this screen, but I haven't figured out what SH4DOWSTR14L is for.
Changing your name to that doesn't seem to change anything.
