Clearly he lurks 2ch but does not speak the language and thus can not communicate his query to
them successfully and without being called out and derailing the whole topic in an English v
Japanese debate.
The only sensible option left for OP was to post it here and hope for the English equivalent to
clear things up but a fat lot of good that did as the first post was about 4chan and had nothing
to do with 2chan.
