This is from the Lain PS1 game. It follows a similar story and theme as the anime, but is
canonically unrelated.
It is like a visual novel game in the form of exploring an internet information archive. You
uncover emails, audio recordings, and video clips that when put together tell the story of Lain.
In the games ending, Lain meets her naked 'wired' self, who convinces her to an hero and become
immortal in the internet.
The game actually predates the anime, which explains the funky art style.
