op here, you moron there's nothing fishy with this. it's just a gif image with some music, this
optical illusion is old and most of all its true. for proof gather some friends and look at the
flash at the same time and ask what they see after a while (if you don't have friends available
you can actually decompile the flash and see for yourself that there is no code that changes
direction).
the biggest problem i have is that i cant decide if you see her from below or above (so which way
is clockwise really?). probably is meant to see her from above though, so when posting results
keep that in mind.
i see her (mostly) going clockwise, which is weird because im more of a "left half of the brain"
in general. text in flash is copied from an old online newspaper article by the way.
