10 Charisma. Shout your opponent to death.
But really, depends on what you want your character to do. If you want to use maces/axes, high
strength. If you want to use swords/bows, high agility. Try not to dump all your points into one
stat, or you'll die pretty quickly. Charisma and magicka are rather useless early on.

One more thing, at the beginning of the game get your dagger enchanted, it's free. If your
opponent gets hurt by the enchantment, they miss a turn. It can really help turn a fight around.

I passed the game on Ironman mode (no saving) some months back.
Dump everything in Agility & Attack early on, shoot opponents to death. Later on get some Stamina
for hp and Magic for potions/spells like Adulation and Regenerate.
