No, I had the same problem.
I can only play 3 times, and then it won't let me play again. "Just keep clicking" doesn't do
anything.

Wow, I even tried it in both IE and firefox, and it now won't work on either of them.
So it's not just using cookies to identify when you've played 3 times, it's doing something else.
Checking with a server somewhere?

I found deleting C:\Users\%USER%\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects
\%RANDOM%\images.4chan.org\f\src\yakyu-ken.swf\Yuffie.sol resets the counter
that's in Win7 and possibly Vista, in XP it'll prolly be in C:\Documents and Settings\Application
Data\Macromedia\Flash Player etc..
