The way we as English speakers pronunciation the "i" and first "o" in "lolicon" is different from
the way we pronounce the "o" and "i" in loli.
But in Japanese, it doesn't sound as strange to just pronounce them the same and to us, the way
the pronounce it sounds like "lolly"
In any case, since the word comes from the novel Lolita, which is based off (or just is..?) an
actual Spanish word, and is pronounced "low lee tah", the correct pronunciation of loli is "low
lee".
