Get the poison, go to the graveyard and use it in the space between the headstones. Your missing
piece is there.

Poison: Go to the area right from the apple trees, where there are a bunch of gravestones. Stand
in a gap between two gravestones and use the poison.
Apple: After you get done with that part, you can unlock the deepest part of the dungeon, where
there is a monster you can't reach and a pile of crap on the floor below it. Use the apple on the
pile of crap, leave, and return to catch the monster and kill it for the last key.
