Don't know, but you are, you can't trap the cat with no help at all, there's simply not enough
space and the cat moves too fast.

the cat behaves very predictably. you can make him run a long distance just by placing a few dots
next to each other and waiting until he gets close to close them off. while you wait you can
encircle another part of the map.

Even with a minimal amount of filled in circles the cat can be caught by controlling his
movements with your first picks, the outermost circles are best
