flash compilers can target earlier flash versions so the only thing we know is that it was made
after flash 7 was released by adobe. also you can of course manipulate version manually and say
it was flash version 99 but i dont think thats probable
my guess is on 2006 or 2007. if someone follows the links in the flash maybe he can scout out an
