I've been experimenting on xmedia to make this flash as good looking as possible but I gave up
after 30 minutes.
How do I convert mp4 into a high quality flash and keep it under 10MB?

it's still useful if you want to make for example a game that changes between movies depending on
which button you click, which OP might be interested in since there are 6 buttons in his video.
he could make a welcome screen where you pick which movie gets to play
the On2VP6 codec can look really good with low resolution pixel movies. OP should shrink the
movie resolution so that each "movie pixel" is just 1 pixel and then scale it back up during
playback so that the pixels become the original size

...actually i just remembered that The Swiff Army Knife can also create On2VP6 flvs so never mind
about flvmaker and just get the swiff army knife. still would be cool if you could decided to
make an interactive flash that changes between movies
