Eh, Last Stand is okay, but I much prefer Union City. And even that I wouldn't say is the -best-
zombie game.
I personally favor Rebuild 2, but that's the sort of game I enjoy.

Fair warning, Segway of the Dead is a joke game. Based off Road of the Dead, but in Segway, you
can't actually win. At all. But it is funny.
