I've seen this sort of response tossed around a lot and I have to tell you that the unfortunately
the s00per secret message still applies.
The handling of traumatic events is often gated by an incredibly difficult to overcome self
imposed walling up this, while an efft to protect ourselves, makes recovery near impossible. If
you choose to reinforce said walls you end up so far removed that any one of thing that could
help you or wants to help you cannot.
I'm sorry for what happened to you Anon but in truth the first step to recovery comes from within
and no matter how many scripts you pop or doctors you see it won't matter until the affected
comit to the recovery process.
