  Recommend mode 3, crazy mode, random hue filter, 16 or 17 fps for maximum glitch.

  The FPS is important for maximum inconsistency on a 60 Hz monitor; it makes the animation change
  randomly between every 3 or 4 frames. This looks extremely disturbing for animation connosseurs
