I assumed the "shame" aspect comes from the fact that you are implying that your significant
other enjoys having sex with someone else more than they enjoy having sex with you, ergo painting

He really misses the point in this vid.
The whole thing with the so-called "cuckolding" fetish (which is kind of a misnomer, since a true
cuckold doesn't know he's being cheated on - there's another name for if the guy knows about it
and enjoys it) is that the guy does nothing while somebody he loves is taken from him. The
comparison when calling somebody a 'cuck' politically is that the person is letting the country
