You can't re-enable legacy captcha when it doesn't exist anymore. It's not Hiro who axed it, it's
Google. Hiroshitmoot just stubbornly refuses to implement a different solution.
Your best bet now is using the no-script version of the captcha, at least it's always only one
question and no slow vanishing bullshit.
