I remember it's on 2CDs and after playing through the Dante's CD I didn't even bother with the
girl's one
Also the first one wasn't that hot either, I mean Vergil being a regular ol' knight in full pate

You can skip the first two and start with the 3rd one which has fleshed out combat with an
upgrade system and I think it's where the actual story begins.
Then you can play the remastered DMC 4 where you first play as Nero and later as Dante both with
unique style of fighting. There's also Vergil as a playable character with his story which was
added in the remastered edition but I've never played it.
DmC (2013) is the origin story of the two brothers Dante and Vergil. The plot itself is kinda
meh, the platforming can get quite tricky, combat is great as always and the OST is done by
Noisia and Combichrist which they did a great job.
