it's a clothes mod for 'super deepthroat' flash.
load the mod from the menu (arrow at bottom) modding tab, import, swf mod.

i use the last version SDT_v1.21.1b.exe and the mod works fine.

Just go to the undertow site, that's where all the SDT nodding is at last I checked.
