The company and organisation itself is pretty much dead. Basically;

There's a whole lot of shit, but pretty much, Troy, whether he realised it or not, started going
on a power trip and alienated Joseph and Tim to the point that they left. Eventually, after
they'd all come clean to fans about everything, he dumped Noah and discontinued THAC.
