Finally graduated with my CS degree. Working on creating software to improve personalized
medicine because I'm dying from a chronic illness and doctors can't do shit for me. Might as well
try to fix it myself.

Type 1 Diabetes is my main issue, but after 20 years of it, the disease has become near
impossible manage. I'm only 25, but it's lead to a ton of complications: chunks of eyesight
missing, pain in my balls, can't maintain an erection, every cut becomes infected, my heart can't
keep blood in my brain so I take synthetic blood vessel tightening agents (midodrine), and a
whole bunch of other crap.
I use a constant glucose monitor I embed under my skin every week to read in data and I'm trying
to build a program that can give me exact advice on how to keep things under control. Insulin is
currently $1000/month alone and my other fellow Type 1's are dying because of it. Shit sux! I'm
fighting hard, though.

I failed out twice. I started in 2011, failed, became homeless (but diabetes kills you fast if
you don't get insulin), eventually started living at a buddhist monastery, got my mind back
together, and went back to school. Failed again because my health still wasn't good enough. Got
put on the right drugs after another year and now I'm finally graduating. Keep up the hard work.

Crazy, I failed out of getting my CS degree a few years ago because I'm a fucking bitch who can't
face the real world (depression). On my way back via a community college this summer so I can fix
my GPA and get back into real school.
