Holy shit anon, you talk as if this was someone's life's work.
It was probably threwn together in less than an hour using MMD or whatever by someone who hasn't
got any relevant skills. Grab a model from somewhere, make some clunky animations, dick around
with the camera, add unfitting music and upload to niconico.
